The Thai Pad is indispensable in Muay Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. But the large punch pad has also become firmly established in other martial arts in recent decades. And rightly so: The thick, robust padding allows even the toughest punching and kicking training without compromise.
The large, padded handle with the additional Velcro loops guarantee a firm fit on the forearm of the wearer and thus enable powerful hand and foot training for the athlete. The slight curvature allows targeted punch and kick combinations. The additional padding in the elbow area protects the wearer's elbow and shoulder area and also allows longer training sessions.
